I replaced all 5 casters on the chair at a cost of about 40. The standard caster on office chairs regardless of cost will not work easily on tile floors. I purchased this to use in a large kitchen since I have difficulty in standing, and will probably have to replace the tile floor. Otherwise, the product is fine.

It took 10 minuites total to assemble the chair. I bought this chair for my garage, I build rc airplane's and my garage is my play room. I have several work table's at different hight's that this chair is perfect for. The chair is very easy to get in and out of. I liked it so much I bought a second.

Chair is shared by several people working at a Front Desk in a Visitors Center. Seat must be able to accommodate all sizes and it does! Is very comfortable and easy to clean. In fact, we're ordering another one!

Putting the chair together took maybe 10 min. real easy work...It's a comfortable chair that I use quite a bit...for the price it was worth it I think, gets the job done right!

Could not put foot ring on chair and no instructions. I looked in computer and still could not find instruction. Also does not go up high enough. I was hoping it would go counter top high, but it does not. I will not buy another one like it.

6'2" 81yr.old husband spends hours in it..good support..foot ring helps in changing position often..visits with friends and family who gather in the dining room at the table while he sits on his barstool and looks down on us all!!(:
