This is a quality kneeling chair. Obviously, kneeling chairs take some getting used to, but it beats the normal office chair, and doesn't look as goofy as sitting on a big blue balancing ball. My only complaint is that is took two days and three guys to unscrew the "T Screw" because it was screwed in WAY too tight. Otherwise, assembly was simple.
BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
