Front Door Delivery (Included)
- Delivery to: Front door or equivalent. If you live in a home with a garage, the item will be left in your garage. If you don’t have a garage, the item will be left in your front entrance. If you live in an apartment above the first floor you may want to upgrade to Inside Delivery.
- Packaging: The item will be left in the original packaging.
- Assembly: None
- Delivery to: A room you choose inside your home. This includes up two flights of stairs (a flight is 4-15 steps.) Let us know if you need additional flights.
- Packaging: The team will remove and dispose of all packaging.
- Assembly: The team will unpack the product and provide up to 15 minutes of basic setup that requires no tools Like setting pieces next to each other or on top of each other.
Delivery Notes
- Once your order is near, a rep from the shipping company will call and give you a 4 hour window to arrange for delivery
- Just remember, setup services don’t include electrical, plumbing or component hookups. You can always have something carried up more than 30 steps or assembled for a longer time but it’s extra of course. Just let us know.
