My Son loves to sit and look at books He is too young yet to use the paper roll but will be soon and that will be allot of fun. Things that were not so great was that the legs on the chair were a little uneven and wobble slightly.
BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Unfortunately, there were some parts missing and some broken. My son-in-law had to go out to get parts and fix it.

[...] It was easy to assemble and is very sturdy and durable. It is a perfect size for one child and my daughter loves it. She uses it for all types of art projects, coloring even play doh. It was a great table. Highly recommend.
