Like the chair - it could be much better

It would be much better if the seat had a tilt and the back was adjustable up another 2 inches so that the lumbar portion actually fit my back properly. Since I have an 11'x6' cantilevered L-shaped workbench where I use the chair at various stations I would prefer the seat to drop another 2 inches so my legs miss the bench braces.
